When will I receive my invitations?
Invitation boxes will posted in chronological order depending on your booked visit date. You will receive an email notification as soon as your invitations are on their way to you.
Your invitation box will arrive in a brown cardboard sleeve addressed to the lead booker. Please ensure you open the parcel and check the contents away from the inquisitive eyes of your Small Folk.
We recommend removing all items from the box, leaving only the invitation letter(s) inside, before handing it to your Small Folk.
The remaining items are for Big Folk only to see or to be kept until later.
Details of all included items for your visit, as well as instructions on how to deliver your invitations, can be found on the reverse side of your Founders Cover Letter.
Please note that bookings made outside of our annual ticket release will have their invitations posted within 14 days. Should you book a date with shorter notice than this, your invitations may not arrive until after your visit.
