Who is allowed to attend on a child ticket?
Child tickets are available for children aged 1 to 16 years old.
If you would prefer your infant to experience LaplandUK as a paying child would, you are welcome to purchase a child ticket for them.
Infants will receive an Elflet card inviting them to join their Small Folk on the journey into Lapland, along with a special gift from Father Christmas. However, they will not take direct part in activities and will not receive a husky soft toy, personalised invitation, or Toy Factory toy.
Families with an adult who has a believing age, for example, guests with a learning disability, are very welcome to book a child ticket for them. We respectfully acknowledge that adults with learning disability are adults, not children. The wording on the ticket just helps us to make sure these guests get the same wonderful immersive experience and gifts at the correct points in the Lapland journey.
In this case, they will receive a personalised invitation and participate fully in all activities. Please book the appropriate ticket for your group or family, and reach out to us and we will add a note to your booking accordingly.
To find out more about this, please see our Accessibility page here.
Please note: Each booking must contain a minimum of 1x Adult/PA and 1x Child ticket in order to be valid. Groups without children will be refused entry.
